Jay Rosenblum is executive vice president of Nashville-based SmartSpace, LLC. SmartSpace was formed in 1993 and applies a methodical yet creative approach to the acquisition, construction, disposition, financing, leasing, ownership and operation of commercial real estate.

As executive vice president, Mr. Roseblum leads SmartSpace’s team of property management professionals as they deliver unparalleled results to each and every client. Mr. Rosenblum joined SmartSpace in 1996 as a real estate analyst and was named vice president in 1999 and executive vice president in 2010.

He graduated cum laude in 1995 with a bachelor of business administration degree from Belmont University.

Mr. Rosenblum received the 2009 Lease of the Year award presented by the Middle Tennessee Chapter of the National Association of Industrial Office Parks (NAIOP). He is a member of the Jewish Federation of Nashville and the finance committee for University School of Nashville’s Artclectic, and a recipient of the 2006 Young Leadership Award from the Jewish Federation of Nashville. Mr. Rosenblum is a graduate of the class of 2009 of Leadership Donelson-Hermitage.
