Jeff Wilkins is a maintenance technician with SmartSpace, LLC. Jeff joined the company in 2006. His job responsibilities include managing tenant relations and handling preventative, routine and emergency facility maintenance at all SmartSpace properties. The maintenance team’s goal is to ensure that issues are handled quickly and with expert care.

Mr. Wilkins graduated from Nashville’s McGavock High School, and served honorably in the United States military. He enjoys working with the diverse tenants at SmartSpace’s properties.

Mr. Wilkins has two sons, Jacob and Zack, with his wife, Sarah, and he enjoys coaching youth football and wrestling in the Mt. Juliet, Tenn., area.
